When asked about their favorite shrubs, once again there is lots of variety in the answers. Gary’s favorite Hydrangea is pictured above. Keith and Dave say that their favorite is the Burning Bush, known for it’s vibrant red fall color. Jonathon also picked another autumn colored favorite – the Sumac. JP’s favorite is the Beauty Bush; which is blooming right now. Matt loves the Rhododendron family and Sean has similar thoughts – his favorite is Azaleas. Chris has picked the coniferous White Cedar, and Shirley’s best shrub is also a conifer; the broadleaf evergreen Boxwood. As for me, I’m all about the flowering shrubs; so Rose of Sharon and Quickfire Hydrangea are currently top of my list.
